LAB

Welcome to the Forage Agronomy Lab at the University of Wyoming. We are dedicated to advancing resilient and sustainable forage systems for Wyoming and similar semi-arid climatic conditions.

Our research bridges fundamental plant science with applied field management to tackle the unique challenges of arid environments. By focusing on forage breeding, seed production, and abiotic stress physiology, our team works to enhance forage crop productivity, quality, and persistence in the face of changing environments and resource limitations.

Rooted in our land-grant mission, we are deeply committed to translating our scientific discoveries into practical, actionable resources. We collaborate closely with stakeholders across the agricultural community to deliver science-based solutions that support resilient agricultural systems both across Wyoming and throughout semi-arid regions globally.
